Sumter Gardens is Sumter County's newest residential community.
The project will be constructed on 8.5 acres fronting State Highway 48, 1.5 mi. west of downtown Bushnell. Sumter Gardens creates a compact, mixed-use residential community.
The project distinguishes itself on 3 factors: Location and Market Position, Project Economics and an Experienced Development Team. The development program consists of 92 two story townhouse apartments in a mix of 2 and 3 bedroom units and a 6000 square foot development consisting of 2 restaurants facing Highway 48.
Sumter Gardens is planned as an affordable rental community with numerous amenities nearby including shopping, restaurants, recreation and sevices within one-half mile of the project site. The opening date for the project is scheduled for the second quarter of 2012.
